Response times
- Trial accounts — we aim to respond within one business day (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Mountain Time).
- Paid accounts — same business-day response is the norm; faster for blocking issues. Specific response-time commitments for paid plans are in your order.
- Outages and incidents— we triage immediately whenever they’re reported, regardless of plan.
Bug reports — what helps us help you
The fastest path to a fix is a clear repro. Where possible, include:
- What you did (the action that surfaced the bug)
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- The ticket ID (if it’s about a specific delivery)
- The PM tool you connected (Linear, Jira, GitHub, Slack)
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if the bug is visible in the dashboard
- Approximate time of day the issue occurred (helps us find logs)
Common issues
Connecting a tool fails
If clicking Connect Linear / GitHub / Slack redirects you back to the dashboard with an ?error= query param, screenshot the URL and email it. The error code tells us which step failed.
A ticket never picked up
Check the ticket has the rocketbench label (case-sensitive). If it does, the most common cause is that your tool’s webhook isn’t reaching us — re-installing the connection usually fixes it.
A delivered PR has issues
We treat every quality issue as a learning event. Reply to the delivery email with what went wrong, and we’ll look at the pipeline run, fix what’s broken, and (if it’s our fault) credit your account.
Billing
For invoice questions, plan changes, or refund requests, email us from the address on the account. Stripe handles the actual payments — we can adjust a charge if it’s wrong, but we don’t see your card details.
Account deletion
To close your account and delete your data, email us from the registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and follow our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
